Posting this update made me wonder about other “Good News” on the network weaving front. What are you most proud of? Where are you getting stuck or derailed? It has been just over 3 months since we gathered as a community and I find I am curious about news.

Good news from the South West Region (England) where the improvement collaborative network(s) to reduce population harm from C. difficile infection has launched and all 7 systems engaged and have already managed to agree a core set of data metrics all systems will try to capture.
