I was co-founder of an MSK charity in 2006 to help learn to manage my osteoarthritis (bi-lateral shoulder replacements) which led to many new learning experiences both personal and professional until I left the charity in 2017 to return to study with The Open University, 'Advancing Healthcare Practice'.
Holistic, collaborative healthcare improvement remains my focus, and the increasing significance of technology as a tool to support self management of long-term chronic conditions. I enjoy collaborating with others, sharing ideas and involvement in innovation.
