• Co-design to innovate in Respiratory Outpatients in Gloucestershire

  This project will use Experience Based Co-design to develop and evaluate alternatives to traditional, physician led, hospital scheduled consultations as part of a wider Integrated Respiratory Pathway

• From Covid to Frailty; Virtual Ward implementation across the system

  Virtual Ward models implemented as a result of Covid can faciliate collaborative, shared learning with models for monitoring and escalation in many other health areas

• Supporting patient self-management of bronchiectasis using results messaging and chat-bots

  Bronchiectasis patients provide sputum samples when unwell. Action on results can be delayed, time-consuming and patients get results after they are useful. We will streamline this with automation and chatbots.
