Biography

Having been a Registered Nurse for almost 15 years, I have gained experience both within the NHS and other organisations. I have a passion for QI in healthcare, a special interest in psychological safety and human factors. I am currently undertaking a MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology.
