Participatory Research Officer Undertaking research with volunteers, people who use services, patients, carers, and advocacy organisations and especially individuals and groups whose voices are not usually heard, about their experiences of using health and social care services in Dudley borough. Utilising a wide variety of approaches appropriately in face-to-face and online research, particularly approaches which inform, involve and bring together individuals, groups, service providers and decision makers (for example ethnographic interviews, deliberative dialogue and appreciative inquiry). Presenting and sharing findings with different audiences including national organisations (e.g. Healthwatch England and the Care Quality Commission), people involved in local structures (e.g. the Health & Wellbeing Partnership, Clinical Commissioning Group and local authority), people from local groups and organisations, people who access services and the general public.
