Better Conversations with Clean Language
This group is for people who have an interest in improving the quality of conversations in healthcare. When we have better conversations, we improve mutual understanding and people feel more understood. So, with better conversations we are likely to have better outcomes, fewer mistakes, and greater sense of wellbeing. Our shared curiosity is around how we can use the deceptively-simple Clean Language approach to improve conversations, enhance understanding and enable better healthcare.
