Next meet-up‘s structure will be Ecocycle Planning. Happening in two weeks – on Thursday 5th December, 12-1pm. Register here. 

Ecocycle Planning invites you to view, organise and prioritise current activities of your team, or project, using four developmental phases: birth, maturity, creative destruction and renewal (see image below and read more about the structure here).

We will do a slightly reduced version of the structure as it can take up to 95 mins and this meet-up only lasts one hour. It will be a great introduction to the structure as you’ll get to test it out with other in a safe space to see if this is something you’d like to do with your own team or organisation.
