You’re probably already involved in healthcare improvement initiatives that focus on prevention and patient empowerment and this is key to your clinical care delivery. But are you thinking about that from an environmental sustainability perspective and measuring the impact?

I’m really excited to share details of our upcoming Q visit ‘Embedding sustainability in QI’ 

On Thursday 7 Nov 2024, 13:00 – 15:30 The team and I at the Centre for Sustainable Healthcare will be joined by three Sustainability in QI (SusQI) Beacon Sites: Cardiff and Vale University Health Board, Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, and South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust.

During this Visit you will:

• Learn about the work of the Centre for Sustainable Healthcare and in particular the Sustainability in QI programme
• Learn from three settings where healthcare practitioners are embedding sustainability in their improvement training and practice
• Be introduced to methodology and practical tools for embedding sustainability into improvement work with ease
• Build your understanding of how to use metrics for sustainability in QI
