    Improvement Cymru’s Journey as a Learning Organisation

    Improvement Cymru has spent the past four years researching, developing and testing a quality management system (QMS) approach that enables a health organisation to operate with quality at its core to continuously improve to meet the needs of the population it serves.

    The online Visit provides the opportunity to learn about the development and implementation of Improvement Cymru’s QMS. You will be able to identify the lessons for your own workplace and context from the approach being used in pilot organisations and in the development of a national strategic improvement programme.
