We are hoping to make a real shift in how and where we use resources within our partnership (three local authorities and a health board) in the South Wales valleys through a focus on relationships and how we behave together, supported by the development of an analytical tool. 

We know it isn’t easy, otherwise it would have been done by now, but that isn’t a reason not to try! This work aims to build the trust to enable change to happen, and highlight where the resources will have the best impact for the health and wellbeing of our population.
