Through relational work and the development of an analytical tool we want to change how we work in partnership to make and take braver decisions around our combined resource, based on trust and compassion to improve the outcomes of our population. We aim for this project to identify and enable the shifting of resources into our communities – something we have spoken about for a long time but yet to really achieve.
