I’m working in primary care on the GPIP programme and there are a couple of areas that keep coming up that folks are asking for more information / guidance on:

• Reliable & up to date comparison chart of online consultation tools (e.g. Systm Connect / Klinik / AccuRx Patient Triage et al)
• Comparison chart of currently available digital tools and what they do e.g. registration tools, keystroke automation tools
• Research on care models on demand & capacity & access e.g. is total triage better than a hybrid model or a care navigated mode
