Hi teams!

I believe most of you will have participated in Liberating Structures before (I remember we did Troika Consulting at the first in-person Q Lab event!) and so I wonder if anyone’s curious to try their hand at facilitating LS?

On Thursday Jan 11th 12-1pm the LS user group community will get together to plan and co-design a programme of sessions for spring/summer 2024.

We are looking for people who’d like to step up as facilitators, and work with another facilitator, to offer the community an engaging/fun LS session.

No previous facilitation experience, nor experience with LS, is required. Just a willingness to try something new. This could be a way to try out facilitating a LS you might want to use at your team meetings or with your stakeholders to foster collaboration or engagement?!
