Frailty is now recognised as a clinical syndrome rather than a descriptive term, and in this session, Dr Protherough will delve into how we harness the power of the Frailty diagnosis and Frailty scores to provide tailored care to our patients.  Furthermore, she will share the insightful results of a survey conducted among multidisciplinary healthcare professionals working in Community Hospitals, shedding light on their current understanding and experiences of frailty, and how it influences their care delivery.  By the end of this session, we aim to inspire and equip attendees with fresh perspectives on leveraging frailty to enhance our provision of personalised care.  Do join us!
