Hello LLR Q members!
Apologies that things are a little quiet on here at the moment, but I have a feeling that things are about to start gathering some momentum; there is a lot of ‘stuff’ happening in the background.

I have just uploaded our first document; the DRAFT LLR Person-Centred Leadership Framework.

Bina Kotecha, our OD Lead, and myself presented to the LLR NHS Chief Officers yesterday and was approved in principle as the Leadership Framework for the LLR health and care system.

It has QI and partnership working and learning as key themes and, as you will see, has an Improvement Knowledge Hub at it’s core. This is where you come in!

We will be be presenting the Framework to our System Leadership Team at the end of August.  If it gets approved there, we’re good to go!
