2gether NHS Foundation Trust and Gloucestershire Care Services NHS Trust are progressing with our application to merge. The merger is motivated by our shared ambition to improve the physical health of people with mental illness and learning disabilities and reduce the mental health consequences for people with long term physical illness. I’m involved in supporting the ‘Better Care Together’ programme which aims to support mental, physical health and learning disablities teams and services improve, integrate or even just change perspectives.
