New event series: Delivering change in maternity, perinatal and neonatal services

In our upcoming online series, about how improvement work can help deliver change in maternity, perinatal and neonatal services.

Maternity, perinatal and neonatal services are under the spotlight in UK health care. Following several high-profile cases, and with a national investigation underway, improvements in care and safety are needed.

In our upcoming three-part online series, we’ll explore the ways improvement work can help deliver this change.

Throughout Autumn we’ll be hosting a series of workshops giving you the chance to learn from those delivering improvement work in maternity, perinatal and neonatal services.

Featuring speakers from maternity, perinatal, and neonatal services – but open to all – you’ll have the opportunity to hear about the relational aspects of delivering safety improvement, as well as ways to address pressing challenges, including safety and quality of care, inequalities, staff retention, community support and leadership.

 Our speakers will share:

  • how harnessing your professional networks can help you to learn, enhance your quality improvement practice and retain staff
  • strategies for engaging stakeholders, managing relationships in maternity and neonatal teams and supporting effective delivery when teams have competing priorities
  • learnings from projects set up to address health inequalities.

Each workshop will be an opportunity for valuable new insights and connections.

You can register now for one, two or all three workshops.
