Share information and experience
Find out how you can share your events, resources and learning across the Q community.
We encourage you to share your events, resources and learning with the Q community. The best place to start is with our online groups. You can also submit a suggestion for the Q team to consider publishing on our website.
Sharing with online groups
Our online groups are great places to connect with others and discuss topics of mutual interest. We have over 100 different groups. They are a quick and easy way to share your experience or resources with those who are most likely to be working on similar topics and challenges. You can include information in a post, upload resources or pose a question to receive feedback.
Why not take a look and see which groups you’d like to get involved with? It’s easy to join a group and start a discussion to share your experience or resources. If you’re not sure which group to join, you can also post in the ‘Improvement Open Space’.

Submit a publication suggestion or event
If you are running an event or think your content will be of value to the majority of Q members, you can submit a publication suggestion. Please complete the form below to let us know what you wish to tell people about and how other members will benefit from it.
Any content on our website will need to comply with our guidelines to make sure that as many people can read or engage with your content as possible.
We will review all requests and get back to you within five working days after you submit your form, to confirm what will happen next.
Please be aware, we may ask for more information, provide suggestions for alternative ways to share your content or decline requests based on our editorial guidelines. In addition, we will not publish content which:
- is not relevant to our improvement audience
- lacks suitable detail
- repeats content shared elsewhere on our website
- promotes a paid-for service
- in the case of events or activity where you’re capturing data: does not contain a privacy notice, a link to a privacy statement, nor contain information on how participants can ‘opt-out’ of receiving communications
- provides less than 6 weeks notice of an upcoming event.
To help you to provide everything we need to publish your event, we have created additional guidance to help you. Please read this before you start the form or submit any information to us.
