Founded a decade ago, we can draw on a depth of knowledge on a range of improvement topics and system challenges through our close connection with our community and our partners. 

We are uniquely qualified and experienced in providing leaders with a confidential space to work through opportunities, hear how others have solved similar challenges, and address the complex challenges facing health and care.

Our knowledge and understanding of the UK and Ireland’s health care systems stems from the experiences of our active community. This means we are directly connected to diverse viewpoints, from a variety of roles and organisations across the sector; on the front-line, as well as in leadership positions. 

We also work closely with national and regional partner organisations. Their knowledge, perspectives, and priorities help inform what we do. They also help extend our reach and impact, including shaping national approaches to transformation and change.

This puts us in a unique position. We’re able to take a ​‘whole world’ view, connecting experiences from individuals driving improvement and transformation on the ground with organisational and system-level perspectives. It gives us a real-time understanding of the context, challenges, and pressures that you’re facing. 

Applying this insight, we adapt to the evolving needs of our members and the wider sector. We couple this with robust evaluation, to ensure our work remains relevant, delivers impact and is valuable to others.
