Groups
Q groups connect you to members with similar interests. Collaborate, share ideas and get help with the improvement challenges you’re working on.
Our group spaces are for Q members and guests of the community. They’re led by Q members.
In Q’s groups, you can:
- build useful connections and collaborate around specific topics or challenges.
- surround yourself with people with relevant experience.
- share and get feedback on your ideas.
- develop your skills.
- seek help with tricky problems.
Groups are a place of shared understanding that can energise and inspire through sharing insights and championing each other’s ideas.
Usually online, sometimes in person, groups provide a powerful boost to your improvement efforts.
How do groups work?
To access the groups you need to log in to your Q member or guest account. You will then be able to access our topic-focused groups.
You can browse a list of all the groups on the website and join groups you are interested in. Each group is led by a Q member who convenes the space. You can reach out to them if you have any questions about their group.
Other features:
- Home page: here you can see an overview of all recent discussions across the groups.
- My feed: this provides an overview of the most recent discussions in groups you’re a part of, along with a list of your groups. Posts you follow across different groups will appear here too.
- My Profile: update your profile, manage your account, and see your connections across the community.
- Discussions: Each group has a list of discussion topics. You can create new discussions, or contribute to existing ones.
- Resources: There is a library of resources in each group, shared with members of that group. You can download and share resources here.
When you’re logged in, you can access the groups through this page, or by hitting ‘Member Community’ in the top right-hand corner of your browser.
