Hepatitis C Primary Care Toolkit

This toolkit is for any professionals working within primary care who want to improve hepatitis C pathways, testing and treatment, and be part of the global aim of eliminating hepatitis C as a public health threat ahead of the 2030 target. Learn from improvement initiatives which are helping eliminate hepatitis C.

This toolkit is aimed at professionals working within primary care (dentistry, pharmacy and general practice).  The toolkit offers key information, links to resources about hepatitis C, case study examples of improvements within primary care, guidance, training, further support, and ways to get involved in your own place of work.

Ultimately this toolkit aims to engage primary care professionals in improving hepatitis C care in their areas, ultimately saving lives, preventing transmission and reaching the ambitious aim of eliminating hepatitis C as a public health threat.

This toolkit has been developed by Hep C U Later, an NHS initiative aimed at supporting the elimination of hepatitis C in England (Inclusion, Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust).

Further support, information, resources, podcasts and videos can be found at HepCULater.com.
