Basic Hepatitis C Awareness Training

Be part of the global ambition to eliminate hepatitis C by 2030 by upskilling your knowledge of hepatitis C, learning from how others have improved pathways and tackled inequalities. This basic CPD accredited course is for any professionals wanting to improve their knowledge.

This CPD accredited hepatitis C awareness course is completed online in your own time.  The course covers basic information about hepatitis C, transmission, testing, results, treatment, stigma and how to reduce it.  Included in the training are examples of quality improvement initiatives which have helped England get closer to it’s aim of eliminating hepatitis C as a public health threat, and links to further information, guidance and support.

The online course takes approximately 1 – 1.5 hours to complete, at the end a certificate can be downloaded and the official CPD accredited certificate is later.

Further information and resources, including case studies on initiatives undertaken to improve hepatitis C pathways can be found under the resources page at HepCULater.com

This course has been developed by Hep C U Later, Inclusion (part of Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust).
