The Lab team is made of people contributing a variety of skills such as design, communications, data analysis and research.
As well as having a core team, the Lab works collaboratively with all those who wish to get involved and be part of it.
Tracy is the Head of Q Lab and leads on the design and delivery of the Q Improvement Lab.
Prior to joining the Health Foundation, Tracy worked at NHS England, as Deputy Head of Patient Choice, and at Leeds Teaching hospitals as a directorate manager for women’s and outpatient services.
Libby joined the Health Foundation in 2014 and is supporting the design and delivery of the Q Improvement Lab. Since joining the Health Foundation she has managed a number of improvement programmes that have focused on topics such as innovation, improving flow and NHS culture.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Libby worked in health care for a not-for-profit social enterprise where her role was focused on operational management and leadership.
Jenna is the Marketing and Communications Manager for the Q Improvement Lab. Jenna joined the team in February 2017.
Jenna’s background is mostly in local government, where she worked for the consultancy iMPOWER and the think tank NLGN. Jenna has also worked in the third sector at the Royal Geographical Society and ACEVO, as well as in higher education at Imperial College Business School.
Jo is Insight Manager for the Q Improvement Lab. She joined in November 2018. She leads on the evaluation for the Q Lab, along with our external evaluation partner.
Anindita is the Innovation and Development Lead for the Q Lab. She joined in October 2018 and works closely with Lab participants to develop, design and test improvement ideas.
Sarah is the Lab’s Programme and Events Coordinator. In addition to running collaborative workshops, she also works on the Lab’s communications and online engagement activities.
