In December, the Q Improvement Lab launched a survey on what matters to different people when making decisions around peer support.
With your help, we gathered 2657 responses from across the UK in just over a month.
Thank you!
Thank you to all those completed the survey and helped spread the word of this exciting piece of research.
This work is part of the wider work the Lab has been doing to explore what it would take for peer support to be more widely available.
To our knowledge, research into peer support in the UK has not been done at this scale before. We are delighted to have so many view points represented and we couldn’t have reached as many people without the help of the Q Community.
Next steps
We will now be analysing the results and drawing out the findings from the research. In particular, we’ll be working with Lab participants and other stakeholders on how we can use – and share widely – the survey insights to improve access to peer support services.
We’re aiming to share the outputs of this research by early March.
In the meantime, if you have questions about the work please do not hesitate to get in touch at Qlab@health.org.uk
