ITT: Workshop design and facilitation

Q is looking for support to design and facilitate workshops for a new offer for leaders of national and regional systems.

Through a series of workshops, we are looking to create collaborative and creative spaces for senior improvement leaders’ collective learning. We also want to support senior leaders to understand and develop together the conditions needed for people working in improvement to collaboratively learn and improve. We then hope to work with this group to further develop and shape what’s known collectively about improvement and learning across large systems.

The successful applicant will:

  • Work with the Q team to design and develop the content for the workshop series as a whole.
  • Design engaging, creative sessions to bring the best out of participants and enable space for learning, working with participants to shape each workshop so it is responsive to their needs as individuals and as a group.
  • Deliver the sessions, including being the first point of contact for participants and provide written outputs from the sessions.
  • Work with the Q team to communicate, deliver and evaluate the programme to support the development of this for future cohorts.

The process

If you’re interested, please read the Project Specification and send us a proposal by completing the response form at the end of that document. You will also need to review the sample contract and complete the budget template to complete your proposal.

Deadline for responses is 12:00 on Tuesday 9 November 2021.

We will get back to you by Tuesday 16 November 2021 to arrange interviews with shortlisted organisations on Monday 22 and Wednesday 24 November 2021. The final decision will be made by Friday 26 November 2021.
