To develop patient pathways in emergency medicine that will escalate earlier decision to definitive decision time. to reduce number of occupied bed days lost.

What does your project aim to achieve?

·      To establish one single entry point to RVH ED by May 2023

·      To improve Patient flow across RVH ED by ensuring no increase in average time from clinician to DTA/Discharge across the ED Zones
