    Hi Maureen. Worth taking a look at 2018 Q Exchange winning idea https://hexitime.com/ which has this functionality. It's designed to work across organisational and definitely health and care boundaries. It connects improvers with coaches, among many other skills. For. e.g see this offer. https://hexitime.com/activity/qi-coaching5   Users can then message the person offering coaching and make the exchange. If users dont see what they need, they can also make 'requests' for coaches to respond to.
