    so great to see such a strong Yorkshire and Leeds presence here, especially after your wonderful HSJ Patient Safety Awards evening last week. Congratulations!

    Have you noticed that there are quite a few other bids that want to improve the system wide approach to QI on QExchange this year? Do you think it might be worth exploring connecting and linking up?

    Also there is a QExchange webinar this Thursday at 12.00 where one of the speakers (Andrew Seaton) will be talking about his experience of working on this at system level.
