Quality Improvement and the wellbeing of the workforce

People who work in health and social care systems and organisations matter too, they only have so much energy. What good practice tools, resources and ideas can we share to help those working in health and social care know, they are cared about and their wellbeing matters too?

About this group

‘’Quality improvement is the framework used to systematically improve care. Quality improvement seeks to standardize processes and structure to reduce variation, achieve predictable results, and improve outcomes for patients, healthcare systems, and organizations.’’

How do we also ensure that those who implement these processes have improved outcomes  in terms of job satisfaction, work life balance and effectively working with others in a stressful environment?

This is a self organising space where members can post comments, ask for views on a piece of work, share links and resources which support wellbeing for individuals and teams working in health and social care. Posts are welcome from other related SIGs

This group is convened by Hilda Campbell MBE
