Team Agreements for a positive, collaborative culture
Learn how to create and implement Team Agreements as a foundation for psychological safety with Helen Sanderson MBE.
About this event
You may have organisational values, guiding principles or some sort of social contract at your workplace – but is it making a day-to-day difference in how your team works?
Team Agreements are a co-created list of statements that describe the behaviours that the team commits to in their work together. They need to be lived to make a difference and this webinar will show you how to do this.
This session will:
- Briefly cover the evidence-base for Team Agreements
- Show a range of ways to develop Team Agreements
- Introduce the ‘six tests’ for Team Agreements
- Demonstrate a range of implementation and review practices
- Suggest different ways you can get started with your team
The session is facilitated by Helen Sanderson MBE. Helen is the founder of Wellbeing Teams and co-founder of Community Circles. She’s a Certified Dare to Lead facilitator and Immunity to Change practitioner, exploring psychological safety and autonomy in health and care. Connect with her on LinkedIn.
This session is organised by the Communities of Practice online group.
