Join us for this session where Lisa Maynard and Lynn Flannigan from the Quality Improvement in Care Homes group will describe the Care Home Improvement Programme (CHIP), share feedback from their flash report, and answer questions from participants.
The Care Inspectorate’s Improvement and Participation section, supported by the Scottish Social Services Council, have successfully completed the first cohort of the Care Home Improvement Programme (CHIP), which supports care home staff in implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care for residents.
Participants in CHIP are supported by an improvement advisor to undertake an improvement project in an area identified through their most recent inspection report.
