Working with Q members from around the UK, knowledge management expert Chris Collison created a QI capabilities framework and game. This Q Exchange funded project aimed to help teams uncover their levels across all the key QI skills and then determine together where skill levels need increasing.
The QI capabilities covered are drawn from Joy Furnival’s comprehensive PhD meta-analysis of QI capabilities.
