This was a second in a series of two webinars- the event went through a journey from Service Design to Quality Management, with Process Management and Continuous Improvement in between, and CQC Inspections at the end.
The webinars discussed ‘what it is’ and ‘how you do it’, which was looked at through Quality Improvement (QI) projects through the subject of another journey.
The works of Donabedian, Deming and Juran have been a key influence on the content of these webinars and reference was made to their theories throughout.
