The ‘Building Improvement Capability Across Boundaries’ Q Exchange webinar has been designed to support Q members who are interested in developing or contributing to a Q Exchange bid themed around Improvement Capability. In this webinar you will have the chance to hear from a panel of experts who will help to set the national context for this work, share practical examples from their own experience and explore the challenges and strengths of cross boundary work. The session will also offer participants the chance to submit questions to the panel in advance or on the day to hear their thoughts and tips on your Q Exchange ideas and dilemmas.

The webinar is hosted by the Q special interest group Building Improvement Capability Across Boundaries which enables the conversations and links created in the webinar to carry on growing and developing as Q Exchange progresses.
