Virtual workshop | Learning from rapid improvement and innovation during COVID-19

Join us to make sense of what is being learnt in this rapidly changing landscape

7 May 2020
13:00 – 14:15

Online workshop

Because of COVID-19, rapid service changes are happening across our health and care sector. As an improvement community we understand how important it is to capture the learning that is being generated at pace to enable us to make good decisions now and in the future.

As part of our response to this challenge Q will be supporting people to capture, review and learn from the rapid innovation and improvement driven by the pandemic.

We are launching a series of virtual learning workshops, designed to help identify structured ways to make sense of what is being discovered in this rapidly changing landscape. There will be opportunities to connect and work with others across the UK and Ireland and we’ll draw on expertise in quality improvement and design to support collaborative learning.

We will be holding these workshops every three weeks. In between, we’ll be sharing resources and will continue to help you connect with colleagues working on similar challenges across the UK and Ireland.

This workshop was the first in a series. You can find the write up and links to the next workshop below.
