Virtual workshop #2 | Learning from rapid improvement and innovation during COVID-19

Join us to explore some of the challenges of rapid improvement and discover some new tools and approaches to improve your learning.

29 May 2020
13:00 – 14:15

Online workshop

Rapid service changes are happening across our health and care sector in response to Coronavirus (COVID-19). As an improvement community we understand how important it is to capture and synthesise the learning that is being generated, to enable us to make good decisions now and in the future.

This online workshop is part of a series developed by Q. It is designed to support collaborative learning, with interactive sessions and practical support to help capture, evaluate and assess rapid improvements.

The next workshop will:

  • help you to explore and work through some of the key challenges you are currently facing, connecting with colleagues working on similar challenges across the UK and Ireland
  • share tools, approaches and ideas to help improve your learning
  • provide space for participants to discuss their experiences and learn from one another.

Join us at 13.00 on Friday 29 May 2020.

While this workshop is part of a series, you do not need to join every workshop – come along for all of them, one of them or dip in and out as you can. This opportunity is open to anyone who has learning to share or would like to connect with others to explore some key challenges in quality improvement at this time.
