A full day practical session on how to produce and plot SPC in healthcare – with Michael Rooney (Senior Improvement Analyst, Improvement Academy). This is designed to support managers and analysts in the Yorkshire & Humber region providing hands-on experience of designing and developing SPC charts. Free to NHS and care organisation staff in the region.

A pre-requisite to this course you must have attended the Understanding and Reducing Variation in Healthcare workshop. Attendees will require a laptop with a copy of MS Excel, and be comfortable with formulas and formatting charts.
