South West Q Community Masterclass: Networks for Collaboration

The SW AHSN will be hosting the second Masterclass for South West Q Community members. The event will focus on building Networks for Collaboration with a skills session to encourage Q members to create their own peer support system within a changing environment. A panel of expert collaborators will pitch to members their own experiences of creating a network followed by space for discussion and an interactive Q&A session.

The event will include a Q members catch up, the morning session will be focused on building a successful network for collaboration utilising the 5C Model. Followed by a skills session on consultation, census and negotiation in a changing environment.
The afternoon will showcase Case Studies for Collaboration with a panel including Q members and other Improvement experts in Health and Social Care. Five-minute elevator pitches will be followed by on table discussion and a Q&A to the panel.
