As ever, Sue will bring the group together in the only way a coach knows how – with Human Bingo! In other words, the delegates will have a fact that no one in the room will know about them, then they have to find who goes with which fact.
Having broken the ice Sue will introduce the group to the theory behind understanding teams from a coaching perspective.
Following on from lunch, the group will learn how to measure the effectiveness of their teams and the day will be topped off by a discussion around the Role of the Team Coach. Facilitation Tools will be taught throughout the day with practical sessions to break up the theory.
