Q Community Space: A self-reflection and healing workshop with Health Service Executive (HSE)

Join us for the third workshop in our series of regular events for Q members. This session will focus on self-reflection as we continue to explore fresh approaches towards staff and service recovery.

2 Dec 2021
11:00 – 12:30

Online workshop

Join us for a workshop where we will be creating a structured healing space for you to reflect on your experiences during the last 18 months of upheaval and the impact it has had on your working life. Run with Q members from HSE, Q’s partner in Ireland, this workshop will be a creative space providing room to focus on you as an individual, to help you find ways to support yourself, support others and to move forwards in your role.

Through attending this workshop you will:

  • be given time to pause and reflect on your experiences
  • have a better awareness of the benefits of reflecting and how it can support you

Please come with an open, receptive mindset and prepare to be fully present in the workshop, with no distractions, to get the most out of the session.

While this will be a time for self-reflection and sharing, it is not a therapeutic space. Hearing from others and sharing your own experiences may bring up certain strong emotions so will not be suitable for everyone. If you are feeling particularly vulnerable at this time or, for example, have been recently bereaved, please consider carefully whether to attend this workshop.

Join us 11:00-12:30, Thursday 02 December 2021

About Q’s Community Space

Through our Community Space event series, we create an interactive space for you to connect, collaborate, and learn with fellow members from across the UK and Ireland.

Community space is somewhere to hear new things and reflect on some of the challenges you face. You’ll hear case studies from members and there will be plenty of time discuss what you hear, or for you to bring your own challenges and receive support from the community. Through this series we want to create the space to support you with the recovery of staff and services from COVID.

Attendees from previous sessions have said:
“I feel less alone with the issues faced”
“It’s great to have some time to connect with colleagues and share our stresses. If only we had all the answers!”
“I really enjoyed the session – set the tone well, the case examples were useful, and we had some good conversations.”

This is a member only event series. Not a member of Q? Apply to access events like this, and other benefits.
