Putting relationships at the heart of improvement work

Imagine a world where relationships were the central operating principle. Imagine your place in this world. What would change?

11 Mar 2022
12:30 – 14:00

In this workshop, designed to explore how we can build better relationships into their improvement work, we covered the following topics:

  • Find the value: using tried and tested frameworks, we explored together the importance of relationships to improvement work and the benefit that a relational approach delivers.
  • Surface bright spots: working with the expertise of the group, we identified examples of where relationships are being put front and centre of improvement work within the community.
  • Take action: drawing on good practice examples and our toolkit of resources, we identified practical steps that can be taken to bake good relationships into improvement work.
