Event Overview:

The Improvement Practitioner offer contains a range of modules that allow attendees who already have a basic understanding of improvement methodologies to further develop their skills by attending a focused session into a specific topic. Attendees can complete the Improvement Practitioner certification or take standalone modules according to their requirements. To become an AQuA certified Improvement Practitioner, attendees need to attend all 3 of the core modules and at least 1 of the optional modules.

NB: if you have completed modules in the past, these will count towards your certification.

Who is this event aimed at?

Improvement Practitioner is designed to be the next step for managers, clinicians and front-line staff who consider themselves to be already at novice level with a fundamental or basic knowledge of improvement science and wish to further develop their knowledge.

Sessions are designed so participants can pick and choose topics which support their individual requirements. They are ideal for personal development and to provide specific support for NHS staff to tackle the challenges of service improvement.

What will attendees learn at this event / workshop?

By the end of each session delegates will have greater knowledge and confidence to apply material from the specific session they attended. Further information can be found by clicking on the individual modules below.
