This workshop will be facilitated by Drs Joanna Bircher and Bill Taylor, authors of the guide Quality Improvement for General Practice. This event is open to practices that took part in the NCDA, as well as practices that did not. If you did participate in the NCDA, please do bring your NCDA results to the workshop.
There will be opportunities for group work, networking and reflection of how the event content will support your practice.
By the end of the workshop attendees will;
• Become more efficient and effective in the diagnosis of cancer
• Understand the key findings from the NCDA and how these can guide quality improvement
• Improve your knowledge of Quality Improvement tools
• Leave the event with a clear way forward in improving cancer diagnosis using the NCDA results
