Since applications opened in May 2020, over 60 improvers have joined the Q community from across Ireland. This 90-minute session, hosted by HSE National QI team, brought together members of the Q community and those with an interest in Quality Improvement to celebrate and explore how to make the most of being a Q member.
In this session, members had the opportunity to:
- Grow their understanding of the benefits of Q, particularly what members can contribute to and gain from Q membership.
- Make new connections through conversation. There was opportunities to listen to each other, share experiences and find ways to help each other.
The event was attended by Q members in Ireland and Northern Ireland as well as members who have an interest in QI in Ireland and/or Northern Ireland.
