Are you ready to explore the inner complexities of quality and safety? What bugs you most in your worklife? What can you do about it? What is critical to safety?

Do you want to:

  • Explore Safety II approach to quality and safety?
  • Explore the assets of our community?
  • Learn about complexity science and large scale change?

The day will be facilitated by the NHS Horizons Team and has been organised by the Q community’s Radiotherapy Quality SIG. 

Bring no group thinking and predetermined issues, come for a stimulating day and prepare to think hard and dive deep! Final program will be released shortly and provisional activities are include: learning about different approach to quality and safety, an introduction to complexity science, large scale change, energy of change, horizontal and vertical developments, MPACE, system modelling and more…

Coffee/tea/lunch included.

Cost: We have made lots of effort to keep this event free. Please let us know if you are not able to attend and ticket can be re-allocated.
