Love this slide deck. The only thing I might add as another option is instead of using red and green dots is the use red or green post-its so people can write their name on the post-it. If it is green, they is it as a strength and could be observed or possible mentor or share how they have developed this quality or capacity. If it is red, you can see a small learning group that could be convened and others know who to ask could be practice buddy or how you could ask about a development goal and progress or supports needed or in place.
