1. Using some well-illustrated processes the sustainability of actual NHS processes could be assessed by the students. Any innovative changes identified that will improve the sustainability of particular processes could be very clearly spread throughout the NHS, targeted to the specific processes identified.
   Of course the students would first have to understand the concept of process illustration and the processes will need to be first illustrated.
