As part of a piece of work I’m doing, I have tried to express a vision of a continuously improving organisation that explicitly incorporates a QI methodology-based approach.  It’s aimed at an Exec team in a healthcare provider.  I’d really appreciate other perspectives on this.  I’d also really like it if someone wanted to make it shorter but carrying the information that is critical to getting across the things that differentiate a QI approach from others.
