Biography

I am a senior healthcare professional with 18 years service in the NHS and have recently taken up a position as a Joint Strategic System Convener for an ICS.

Throughout my career, my portfolio has covered provider, commissioning, ICS and national organisations. I have delivered a wide range of change programmes across physical and mental health services using a range of service redesign and improvement methodologies to deliver sustainable, system-wide change. I have also delivered development programmes around quality improvement, cultural change and leadership for improvement board development at local, system and national level.

I am an Alumni of the University of Birmingham having completed my Healthcare Leadership (EGA) MSc and I am currently studying for my ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching and Mentoring qualification.

Throughout my career, I have seen the power of building collaborative partnerships and networks and through my time as a Q member and more recently as a community board member for Hexitime, I believe with the challenges we are facing in the NHS, this network/partnership working is crucial to continue to deliver sustainable transformational change.
