My journey to Wales where I now live and work as a Specialist Antimicrobial Pharmacist has involved significant change for me both personally and professionally, living and working in some of the most beautiful areas across the UK.  My many & diverse  roles both within the NHS and private sector have seen me  developing pharmacy services to prisons in Scotland, England and  Northern Ireland and as the  Director of Operations for a SME in London, moving Consultant led  hospital services, such as dermatology, and ophthalmology,  into  the community, drawing on my experince as a PRINCE2 Pratitioner. Some years ago now, I led the project to establish the first outsourced outpatient dispensing service in a community pharmacy in England and have worked also worked as a Chief Pharmacist for a primary care organisation.  As well as meeting new members of the Q Community, I hope to catch up with some old friends too.
